All orders will be shipped directly from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden and dispatched within 24 hours.

Orders will be shipped the same day if received before 12:00 (CET) on weekdays

You can expect your parcel within 1-3 business days. 

When your package is sent from our warehouse in Sweden, you will receive an email with your tracking link.

* Please note that tracking information may take approximately 24-48 hours to update.

Do not forget to take a look at your spam because emails can sometimes end up there.

Shipping is free for all orders over 699 SEK (70 EUR/ 60 GBP) in Sweden and within the EU/ UK

If it’s not a fit, you have 100 days, from the day you receive your order, to return your unworn items - FREE

The product being returned must be in an unused condition and returned along with the storage bag and bow that it arrives in.

If your return item arrives without the bag or bow, or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.

If you need to return your Cozee please contact our team at help@trycozee.com or Chat with us with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your Cozee.

Our Customer Service Team will then ask few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system.

We will send you a return shipping label for free, that you will be required to attach to your original packaging before dropping it off at a post office.

Returns are FREE for all orders in Sweden and the EU and UK.

It can take up to 7 days for your return to be fully processed.

If you went through our entire checkout process and confirmed an order we may be unable to cancel it. This is due to our system immediately sending your order through to our fulfilment center. This system allows a very fast delivery service to our customers. However if you do need to change or cancel an order please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request.

Please keep in mind due to the current high volume of orders and customer service requests occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.

We are based in Stockholm; Sweden and all orders are shipped from our Stockholm warehouse.

Cozee is made from a premium sherpa fleece interior and soft flannel fleece exterior. The materials are completely cruelty-free and 100% vegan, made from polyester.
