Delivery and Returns
How is my package delivered?
We use PostNord Priority for our deliveries within Sweden, and DHL Express or FEDEX for all deliveries within the EU.
You can expect your parcel within 2-4 business days.
How do I track my package?
When your package is sent from our warehouse in Sweden, you will receive an email with your tracking link.
* Please note that tracking information may take approximately 24-48 hours to update.
Do not forget to take a look at your spam because emails can sometimes end up there.
How do I return my order?
If it’s not a fit, you have 100 days, from the day you receive your order, to return your unworn items - FREE
The product being returned must be in an unused condition and returned along with the storage bag and bow that it arrives in.
If your return item arrives without the bag or bow, or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.
If you need to return your Cozee please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org or Chattaa kanssamme with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your Cozee.
Our Customer Service Team will then ask few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system.
We will send you a return shipping label for free, that you will be required to attach to your original packaging before dropping it off at a post office.
Do returns cost anything?
Returns are FREE for all orders in Sweden and the EU.
